Drug Impairment Training for Educational Professionals (DITEP) is intended to provide school administrators, nurses, and resource officers with a systematic
approach to recognizing and evaluating individuals in the academic environment who are abusing
and impaired by drugs to provide early recognition and intervention. Andre O'Connor, Drug Recognition Expert with Lincoln Police Department, will present on DITEP. Day one will consist of classroom-style education related to DITEP, with day two consisting of practicing examination methods and learning to practice what was taught in the first day.

In order to receive DITEP certification, both days of the training must be completed.
