SCIP's 2025 "Hop, SCIP, Jump, and Run" Fundraiser

“Hop, SCIP, Jump, and Run” welcomed nearly 400 community members and raised more than $13,000 from our generous sponsors and community donations.

Nearly 200 runners, divided into two separate heats, competed in one-mile fun runs, and the top three runners in each heat received a prize! This year's prizes were from Fleet Feet, Lincoln Running Company, and Scheels. The winners are pictured below.

Participants engaged in a range of family-friendly community-sponsored activities. 26 agencies operating within the Lincoln area were present and hosted fun-filled activities while providing resources for participants. SkyMart Mobile Food Truck offered a variety of food for the event, Memory Box Photo Booth captured the fun and printed photos for participants on a SCIP customized temple, and a local balloon artist provided balloon art for the kids. Additionally, SCIP arranged for a local radio station, B107.3 to provide music for the event. SCIP also acquired over 50 prizes to give away and collected numerous other donations to share with participating community members. Additional photos below.

This event continues to raise awareness of SCIP services and behavioral health concerns that affect our schools and communities. SCIP’s mission remains to provide effective prevention education for schools, families, and communities, equipping schools with early intervention tools for students with behavioral health concerns so they may achieve healthy, productive lives. This cannot be done without the support of our sponsors, local agencies, and the community.
