 al Worker with 20 years of \nexperience as a clinical supervisor and thera
 pist\, will discuss the following: \n• How stress affects levels of anxiet
 y and how our brain responds\n• The cycle of anxiety and how it impacts be
 havior\n• How stress and anxiety have a physical impact on the body\n• The
  overall impacts of social media on personal well-being\n• Strategies of h
